Buying a car from BMW Sarasota was a wonderful and a very positive experience. The sales representative and everyone else that i dealt with were polite and supportive. There was never any pressure to buy the SUV and they quickly responded to any questions. The customer service was outstanding and there were no hassles dealing with an out of state sale.
Maria is phenomenal and provides excellent service. She explains everything clearly and is very friendly. The only downsides were the wait time and the price of some of the services.

I had an unfortunate tire issue close to your closing time, but William got a replacement tire put on my car without any wasted time and I was able to get safely home to Port Charlotte. William was very professional and the techs that actually did the tire replacement did a great job.
They had told me one amount, then uncharged me another 4.5k when I came in to sign the papers. Otherwise the experience was good

Got in and the service was very helpful. Got the process going as soon as I got there. Found out what I needed and got me out.
First they couldn't find my car after I dropped it off so it sat for almost a whole day before the even looked at it. When I t was determined that parts had to be ordered and that it would extend over a weekend there were no loaners and no help with a rental. Then when we finally got the car back 7 days later there dirty, oily hand prints all over the console, drivers door and drivers seat.
Always on point and I believe it's due to Cameron. He cares about his customers.
